As stated, there is no real arrivals lounge for SQ passengers. I have used this lounge when arriving on SQ25 in the past. It's accessible for free using Priority Pass (which is how I got in) but I believe you can also purchase a day pass. The lounge itself is absolutely nothing special at all, but the showers are functional and nice after a TATL red-eye.
