Perhaps BA are just moving more slowly - everything is showing as running at the moment. Unusually I am on a flexible J ticket so should be a little higher up their list... although lack of Skyteam status won't help. Perhaps the best option is to book a refundable hotel room in Amsterdam and work on the assumption that I will be dialing in to my meeting instead of attending.

Edit - no sooner had I refreshed the page, but BA have now binned most of their early flights AMS-LHR, so that option may not be available.
