The only POEs I know of for sure that run GE in at least some cruise terminals are Port Everglades (Ft Lauderdale) and maybe Port of Miami. My understanding is that they tested kiosks at the terminal for the mega cruise ships in Port Everglades and the plan is to install kiosks at all of the terminals but I can’t find the status or present state. Personally I’ve only been through Port Everglades once since we got GE but we were on a small cruise ship with only 290 or so passengers so minimum CBP staff. There were no kiosks of any kind but there was a GE lane that wasn’t open. Some have reported that with GE card in hand they’ve gotten head of line priority but even that seems hit or miss.
