Well if this replaces the long and tedious Numwood survey and is though out, why not ?
I had a stay at an hotel recently where they first send me a quick 5 questions survey where you answer with emojis only, then depending on the answer a longer but targeted survery to pin point the good and the bad. I thought it was a good idea.
