I understand that this was one of the points raised during the strikes last year, so I don't think it will happen.
I don't believe in wielding a big stick method of good customer service, it just demoralises individuals. What I would like to see is a way that BA materialistically rewards excellence , not just in promotion and golden tickets, but by something more meaningful to the crews. Even if it is something as simple as sector selection upon receiving a golden ticket, it would be something, although I would hope for something more tangible.
