I still have the same problem going on and Vueling nor Avios has any solution for this problem!
I was unable to log into neither my Avios nor Vueling account. I contacted Vueling at least 10 times on the phone and email - without any success. Result: My Vueling account is inaccessible because I cannot click my way through accepting the new avios terms and conditions when I reset my password.
When chatting with avios they fixed the avios issue on their side and I can login to my avios account. However, they said vueling has an issue on their side merging vueling pinto accounts with avios.
How did you resolve the issue around logging into your vueling account?
