Changing Tables in Toilets

I recently flew Czech air with my 12 month old daughter and was surprised to find that there were no changing tables in any of the toilets (the return trip took me on 4 different 737's - I checked them all).

We were forced to change a soiled nappy in out seats with others watching and, kids being kids, my daughter made sure that it was a rather large and not too solid deposit!! All in all very awkward and embarrassing for us and none too pleasant for those around.

I normally fly SAS or BA and they all have changing tables. I wondered if there are any other airlines that I may wish to avoid for the same reason? Also, what have other parents done in this situation. If my daughter was younger maybe I could have changed her on the toilet seat but at 12 months she is rather long now and its just not practical!!
