Be aware that, as far as I’ve ever seen, it is often easier to get award availability in suites for JFK-SIN than for the individual segments. And just because JFK-SIN is available doesn’t mean you would be able to book the individual segments by themselves. If booking something last minute you may have better luck but far in advance finding JFK-FRA on its own is very rare.
