That's the reason i suggested all those answers. Not only are they the "least lying", but also they're the answers least likely to have the bank ask you for verifying information (that you may not always be able to provide).
Look it as always "planning to" start a business, but those plans never work out (but you revive those plans as you apply for each business card).
I think the OP is distinguishing between:
1. Applying for sole purpose to open a CC with no intent to start a legitimate business
2. Applying for a CC with intent to start a legitimate business in good faith
I can see the difference
