As a SEN, I do get addressed by my last name occassionally, about 30-50 percent of the flights, but it is very unpredictable. I had crews address me by my last name on very short hops and one crew once did not do anything but the standard small talk when +1 and I flew in long-haul F on my birthday. And on my most-flown LX leg, some crews greet me by name and get me a water bottle and a wet towel before departure, while other crews don't do anything. Hit and miss.
