Paying by Airpoints unavailable online for non-NZ/AU departures, even on NZ metal
Is this a new phenomenon or always has been like this?
Trying to book a one-way HKG-AKL, on the payment page the Pay by Airpoints option didn't appear.
I then tried LHR-AKL, NRT-AKL, SFO-AKL. all on NZ metal and the only payment option was credit card.
Hate calling NZ call centre - always long wait and the itinerary/e-ticket is always slow to come through.
