Huh? A 13" laptop should fit easily in a 34x20x20 bag. A 15" laptop would be a bit of a tight squeeze. 34cmx20cm is nearly 16" diagonal. ​​​​15" and 17" laptops are pretty common though so I guess the question stands for them.
