This is false information or maybe a false claim from a nursing journal.
That is like anyone who has played with Microsoft Flight Simulator can fly a 777 or any flyertalker can run an airline better than any stupid airline CEO.
Nurses who have seen a similar patient might be able to guess what the most common diagnosis or treatment is but not what other considerations have to be made or alternate diagnosis.
I bet I can fly any airliner or run United better than even the best run airline.
