I know in the past, if I got a refund for a purchase made on a cancelled card, the store simply issued a store credit or the bank issued the refund to me. In this case, neither option will be available to me! It would be brutal to sit around for some sort of refund check from MGM Resorts...

I wonder if a cardholder can elect to change their card to another Chase program, and maintain the account.
