LOL, but what is the test?
Sorry I'm jaded but on many of my UA flights I see many of the FAs that can't even reach let close a loaded overhead bins, I can't imagine them in a true emergency moment helping say a more physically disabled, injured or some larger passenger out, or god forbid do something that might be physical in need. I guess that is why I read the FAs always give the one over of the passengers as they come on board to see who they can get to help, LOL
My experience with some foreign carriers for better or worse is far different. Almost to a tee they all can physical and do physically do things I see UA FA fail or don't even attempt to do.
I'd perhaps worry about what those young FAs what would they do in a moment of sheer panic with probably few hours in the air, that the far more experienced UA FAs do, but little doubt that being so young they were far better physically equipped to handle some physical effort that might crop up in an emergency.
Of course if all that is required for emergency is directing people than what brilliance by UA
