I'm gently musing about New Caledonia. You said "LM is definitely a great hotel and probably the best in all of Noumea.". So Le Meridien Noumea instead of Sheraton, right? How does LM Iles de Pins stack up? Is it a must to do both LMs or is LM Noumea sufficient?
