I did bring up the topic of why did they even bothered to renovate and it seems that the main reason was that there were lots of customers complaining about the wear and tear of the lounge which I found surprising as I always find it perfect and secondly to improve on the design, to make it more contemporary which I actually did not find the previous one "old-fashion".

On the other hand, I am curious, with the current roped off area of the Regional lounge, do you have to ask the staff there for champagne/wines to get the better ones? I am asking because initially I just got my own champagne and later when I was asked if I wanted a refill, it seems like the refilled champagne was much better in taste.
