I have read the guide to the BAEC and read that there will always be a 'soft' landing should you not attain the required tier points to maintain status.

I was silver, but did not achieve enough to maintain. I am now blue. I have telephoned BAEC to be old that's what happens. As that is at odds with what I have read on here, I thought I would ask the 'experts.' Can anyone help please?
