I have had a look at BA Source but I am a bit confused by their ratings, I assume Green is best and Red is worst but what about Orange and Purple? I could not see a key to the ratings and the comments did not help either.
It should be a 777-300 and I'm sure your seat map will reflect that when comparing it thebasource.

Purple are bassinet locations and think of orange as Amber which means there are comments giving you warning of things like 'near the toilets, near a bassinet' etc .

When you enter a seat number you'll see that. 2 fab seats in Y are 29 C and H as there is no seat in front of you. I'd definitely take one of them if available especially for your solo journey.

I've been in a similar seat on the 3 class 777 and it really makes such a difference being able to stretch your legs out. Row 49 is good for couples but is right at the back. Or if you can take the exit seats in row 37. The doors don't intrude on the a and K seats but there is no window there.

Another possibility is POUG (if applicable) and AUP if that's an avenue for you re cost. Or if it's in a relevant economy booking class UuA to WTP if there is availability but this isn't really seen as a wise use of them.
