My wife and I stayed at the Hyatt Regency for one night in November 2017. We were on a credit card free night stay, but were still upgraded to a club level room (I was an Explorist member at the time).

I found the hotel to be OK, somewhat of a darker motif but the room was refurbished and was quite modern. The staff was friendly and the club lounge was fine - more or less what one would expect. Evening fare was more small snacks and not too substantial, however breakfast was quite OK.
