Did not get a HP on the Business Plus x 2 last year.
However it recently pulled CR on both our targeted DL offers. In fact my DL card app was NOT processed until AMEX system got around to make a HP (it went to pending for 3 days so I called as this was highly unusual for me on AMEX cards - the Indian reps told me because "until the other dept can verify public info." On the 3rd call I was told by another Indian rep that "due to they were flooded with app, the applications were in line for getting review... but I moved your app to the front of the queue now..." Shortly after that I got an alert about a HP and the app was approved in several hours after that.

Off topic, but the India rep. just promoted discrimination.
However, when my luggage was delayed several days because of the fiasco at JFK with the water break, and asked for quick delivery of my baggage (they had located it), the Virgin Atlantic rep (with a strong British accent to boot), regretted that he couldn't advance my request ahead of others to avoid being discriminatory!
