This isn't intended to sound like disparagement, but one thing to remember is to keep your expectations under control. I think that some people end up being disappointed by the CCR because they arrive expecting food that's Michelin-star quality and service that would rival the Burj al-Arab. But the CCR is fundamentally an extremely nice waiting room in a public transport terminal - and when you look at it from that perspective, it's more likely to be a very pleasant experience, which it has almost always been for me.
