You can't access the CCR on your return if your MIA-LHR flight is on AA, even in F. The CCR is only for those travelling in BA F (and CCR cardholders). You will have access to GF due to the AA F sector, and no reason why you can't do the AA arrivals lounge and GF.
According to BA I can as all booked on BA.com AA38 is sold as BA1529
