You can't access the CCR on your return if your MIA-LHR flight is on AA, even in F. The CCR is only for those travelling in BA F (and CCR cardholders). You will have access to GF due to the AA F sector, and no reason why you can't do the AA arrivals lounge and GF.

F is dine on demand, so you could eat in both the CCR and onboard, eating the onboard meal later in the flight. Depends on your plans that evening in NYC of course. If you want something in particular from the menu, let the crew know early in the flight so they can keep it for you.
