Getting the most of Lounge access flying F

We have booked BA F class MAN-LHR-EWR and return MIA-LHR-MAN(AA38 from MIA-LHR) we booked an AVIOS redemption LGA-MIA for 30,000 plus $8.40 also.

Is there a short cut to the CCR when connecting from our MAN flight? I’ve seen posts regarding this mainly when checking in at LHR.

Also we have an approx 4 hour layover on our return(more like 5 according to flight schedule but allowing an hour for security etc...)so can we use the AA arrivals lounge in T3 then also head over to the CCR in T5 after that?

our flight to EWR departs 16.55 so intend to eat CCR and not bother too much with the food on board as I believe the lunch offering in CCR maybe be better than in the air?

any advice to max out our lounge experience would be a great help

Many thanks
