"Fixed Review Period - a consecutive two-year period from January 1 of a current year to December 31 of the following year where accounts are assessed on whether Member is active or inactive. If Members does not have any valid activity within this period, his/her Miles shall expire on January 31 the year after the review period. The first review period started on January 2014 and ended on December 2015, and this shall continue two years thereafter."
