I checked EF.

On Fri Jan 19 - AC 115 leaves YYZ for YVR at 2:30 pm.
Availability is J2C1D0Z0P0.

Preview availability option has 2 available seats.

So it seems that perhaps World Pass for NA routes books into J class, and for other destinations books into D class? Unfortunately, nothing in T and C of world pass for any type of world pass confirms my impression. Where would I find a written statement to corroborate that information?
