My interpretation of the information on https://www.aircanada.com/fr/en/aco/...ial-items.html is that the bicycle fee is waived only for flights within Canada or between Canada and the US. The text there is "A single fixed handling charge is waived [...] When you purchase a Latitude or Business Class fare for travel within Canada, and between Canada and the U.S."

Seeing as this is an intercontinental flight, I would assume that wouldn't apply (although I'd be very pleased if it did).
