If you have a stay coming up within the next week, William's advice is the best; email the challenge team to let them know, and they may be able to help you out. I had that scenario, years ago and they were great about upgrading my status immediately.
If you're just anxious for the status, then after 8 days (in my experience it was not business days, but just days), reach out to them.
