By way of confirmation, I too suffered the same issue as OP yesterday and was unable to access my reservation and received exactly the same error message.

I contacted BAEC this morning and this is a known issue - the agent simply obtained my PNR and unlocked the reservation. I am posting this to clarify that if you have this issue, a simple call to an agent will resolve this for you.
