Yes you will have bronze and silver as you guessed. As a Bronze you will get priority boarding. As a silver you will get Priority boarding (perhaps even faster) and also business class lounge access. It is a big difference to be able to get into a lounge.
With those AVIOS, you can get probably £150 off a flight depending on where you go. Unless you think you will get Gold, If you are flying in Europe, I would use the AVIOS to reduce the price of a standard seat since they are the same as a club Europe seat. You will still get lounge access even booking Economy.

As a silver you will also be able to book a seat further in advance of others so you can get one in the preferred place (aisle of Window) etc etc.
