Very surprised with the service I experience onboard 888.

As a GR in PEY, the purser came over and greeted me by name and took my order on the ground. She later stuck a special meals stick on my meal order and it came out when the special meals came out even though it was a standard meal from the menu. I was not served from the cart. Catering, however, was lacklustre as usual. Nonetheless, service was impeccable and certainly unexpected!

With that said, I had the same purser before in F; however it was a PEY ticket with an op-up to J, and later A-Card at the gate to F.

Also, I credited zero (0) club points to CX the previous year and renewed me as GR.
