jal email I could find online.. finally got through..
Their customer service email is:
[email protected]
They admitted there was a system issue with unsubscribing from their spam emails.
Also to close your JAL Mileage bank account completely, you need to send in a PDF form with a copy of your passport/driver's license, maybe even a SS number.
What a waste of time..
