I just stayed here at the end of December. Free breakfast is available only in the lounge.

My colleague and I have all stayed at the CY Ginza and the Tokyo Marriott. We all agreed that this is our favorite hotel of the 3. The location is better than the Marriott, and almost as good as Ginza since you are a 3 min walk to Shinagawa Station.
