Very TRUE TRUE TRUE TRUE TRUE. But it would help us greatly "on the other side", e.g. the airport pickup. Has to be other practical uses as well.
Just don't get the inconsistency. If a change is posted in flight status, the alert should fire. It seems like it would be harder to write code for it NOT to trigger alerts based upon whatever factors are in the black box.
