pinniped, you're right. Since I've never flown into Hana, I didn't think of it as having scheduled commercial service (an Aloha subsidiary??). And I must admit that having done the drive again last fall, if I went there regularly, I think I'd opt to fly most of the time.

edited to add: CMI, eh? I flew there on Krazo many years ago. That may be the absolutely flattest piece of land I've ever stood on (and this includes polders in Holland).
