you shouldn't have to rebook the entire trip. considering in your first post they are quoting different rates for different days you should be fine to call and tell them to take a day or two off. if you do find a lower rate tell them that you are not a convention guest and you may get a better deal. I did this last year with a mailer from the Paris and the rate was great. Actually paid less for a paris 'P' room with a strip view than a co-worker at the Riv!
