I have been a Accor member for over 5 years and in these 5 years the service has been getting worse by the year. Recently I have purchased 50 Accor shares and e-mailed my proof to Accor. After a week without any reply, I wrote them another e-mail. After that I got a reply in which they said they were sorry for the late reply and would like to receive proof of my purchase. Replying, I let them know that I already sent the proof in the first mail (i also referred to the proof), but nontheless I added the proof again. This has been over 2 weeks now, in which I got no reply at all. Calling them didn't really help since the employee I spoke to didn't even now they have a Shareholders club. Hopefully they can fix this problem before I go on holiday.
I have been "degraded" to silver even though I still hold some shares with the company.
Now I cannot find the mail address I initially sent the proof of ownership earlier sent to the team to get gold... Can anyone please share?
