The ability to guest whilst travelling in F is a oneworld rule, so you can choose to do so at any oneworld F or J lounge. The guest must be travelling with oneworld (marketed & operated) as well.

Nothing stopping you doing this at any of the oneworld lounges in that side of the International Terminal - so you could do BA, CX or JL.
