the MAC has proposed to ATA, AirTran and Frontier that they move over to the humphrey, but they aren't budging until another does. Or so I've heard.
JetBlue has stated before, IIRC, that they will expand to MSP once they start getting their Embraer jets.
Light rail will start connecting the airport in December '04, along with the MOA.
And yes the Humphrey terminal handle international flights. They close off 2 baggage carousels for int. arrivals.
