The hydrant issue was nothing the hotel could have avoided (it was big in the news since it basically flooded parts of the whole Sihlcity complex)

Since they seem to have done everything they could I personally would feel it to be a little over the top demanding compensation but asking nicely for some points would probably be ok (I wouldnt do that either in your position but thats up to you I guess)
