That's not really apples-to-apples, though. What would JetBlue's Mint look like if they scaled up to hundreds of markets instead of the current dozen?

I like JetBlue, but it has a lot of drawbacks and limitations for road warrior types. I missed a flight last year because I was one minute past the baggage deadline — which is a hard 60 minutes, minimum — due to a screwy kiosk, and it was the only flight of the day to the destination.
