The issues presented and discussed by FT’s regular posters are issues that UA can read about (not that they’ll necessarily act on). The lame surveys UA sends out really don’t give UA detailed insight into what are good or bad experiences for passengers - the UA FT forum does. I’m pretty sure UA still has someone monitoring it.
I agree to a point - the regular constructive posters can add value - and in my opinion, when every thread gets derailed by the so called I don't fly UA anymore and it goes into a downhill spiral really fast - quite frankly that is a no win scenario for any UA representative.
