Doesn't directly answer the question, but I recently flew from Fez on FR - I had a BP on my phone but was turned away and sent back to the check-in desks to get a paper BP which could be stamped at one of the security points - you then had to show the stamp later at passport control. In general, many checks, long lines, and I'd think it's probably a similar process at RAK.
