The STPC voucher will contain that information, but the voucher is not available until you collect it at the Transit Accommodation Counter in Doha. The meal allowance is not printed on the STPC Confirmation Receipt that you get after calling QR (but it says that there is a meal allowance for transit stays greater than 11 hours).
