Not to jump in uninvited but definitely take the two suites, even when traveling with a spouse, you have about 4x the amount of space.
Counterpoint - do you want to talk to your spouse while travelling? Still plenty of space in the side-by-sides, and if you're in the suites, you can't really talk/socialize. I always do take the suite if available while traveling solo, though.
