Just out of pure interest which routes were they? As a bronze/silver I have had an equal success rate in CE at T-72, that being at about 70% row 1. Mainly routes including NCL-LHR LHR-DUB LHR-SOF EDI-LHR and vice versa.

Back to whether or not I have noticed any difference in service/chat/banter between row 1 and other CE rows, the answer is no as a rule in my experience. On a packed 767 sat in row 4 with a potential 19 people to be dealt with first and the same behind, I must admit a slower and less interactive service was delivered, but under the circumstances I thought that to be totally understandable.
