In early 2017 FB mileage expiration due to inactivity was changed from 20 months to 24 months, but the details provided when announcing the change were vague. My questions are:

(1) Do any of the FB sites (AF/KLM/FB) or apps provide you with an expected mileage expiration date specific to your account?
(2) Is *all* currently held mileage subject to the 24 month expiration period now or just mileage earned after a certain date?
