Hyatt Regency much livlier outdoor areas. Good for walking in neighborhood and seeing a bustling Kowloon part of HK which is a bit dodgier in parts. JW Marriott is across the water... and it is a great spot for business and jumping off point to tour malls and ritzier. You really can't go wrong with either spot
