FEBO: No, but it didn't matter. Only 6 pax in First, 14 empty seats! 20 Meals were catered, FA's and pilots ate well that day.
Slimmed down Snack Basket offered with drinks after take-off and again pre-arrival.
Lunch Main Course: Choice of Salmon over brown rice with side of sauteed mushrooms and small piece of either steamed bok choy or endive, I couldn't tell which one it was from either appearance or taste! Other choice was chicken breast filled with mushrooms and cheese.
Side salad for all was a winter vegetable slaw (mostly carrots and what appeared to be jicama), bread was a cold and very hard roll, dessert was a small cup of Cherry Garcia ice cream.
The salmon was quite good, I would order it again. Had a chance to chat with the FA about the sorry roll that was on the tray. She mentioned that prior to the interior mods the 757's had 2 ovens but now there is only 1 and she has no way to warm the bread anymore. Sorry no pictures. Maybe I will get one to post for the return flight next week, assuming my upgrade confirms.
